CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Gregory S. Corpening to be a Circuit Court Judge for the Third Judicial District serving Lincoln County, Wyoming. Corpening fills the vacancy occurring with the retirement of Judge Frank Zebre.
