Governor Appoints New District Court Judge for the Sixth Judicial District

Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Stuart S. Healy III to be a District Court Judge for the Sixth Judicial District serving Campbell, Crook and Weston Counties of Wyoming. Healy’s appointment fills the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Michael “Nick” Deegan and is effective December 26, 2020.

Governor Appoints New Circuit Court Judge for the Eighth Judicial District

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Mark Gordon has appointed Clark Allan to be Circuit Court Judge for the Eighth Judicial District serving Converse County. Allan fills the vacancy occurring with the retirement of Judge I. Vincent Case effective January 4, 2021.

Email filing adopted by rule, replacing the temporary Covid-19 rule to give parties optional filing method will be in effect December 7, 2020

Chief Justice Michael Davis announced that the Wyoming Supreme Court yesterday adopted a package of rule amendments that provides an option for attorneys and parties to file their papers via email, putting in place permanently the temporary email filing that was allowed under the Court’s Covid-19 orders.
